Parisienne, son diplôme de stylisme en main, Yannick fait ses premières armes pendant plus de 10 ans dans l’univers français de la mode. Elle y acquiert une expertise complète du métier grâce à de multiples fonctions successives : directrice de bureau de style, de département collections et achats, ... pour des marques internationales.
La rencontre de son époux Philippe, architecte d’intérieur, oriente son parcours professionnel vers l’univers de la maison.
Elle crée alors sa propre entreprise Nolita : une véritable vitrine de la décoration à la Française, en plein cœur de la scène parisienne de la maison, rive gauche.
Philippe traite les volumes et la partie technique tandis que Yannick se soucie de créer un agencement ergonomique et fonctionnel, choisit les matériaux, tissus, couleurs, objets. La complémentarité du couple leur permet de rencontrer une clientèle parisienne exigeante, fidèle et récurrente depuis 20 ans. Elle fait appel au couple pour réaliser des chantiers en France et à l’étranger.
Doté d’une double expertise : maître d’œuvre et marchand de biens, Philippe vous garantit une réalisation dans les règles de l’art, au juste prix et dans le respect des délais.
Yannick, toujours à l’affût des dernières nouveautés du marché et des tendances, œuvre avec talent dans l’aménagement intérieur.
En 2017-2018, un projet de décoration les conduit à Cape Town où ils élisent domicile pendant 2 ans. Capitale du design en 2017, la ville est une véritable source d’inspiration : découverte de nouveaux créateurs, artisans locaux, savoir-faire ….
Leurs différentes escapades à travers le monde viennent enrichir plus que jamais leur créativité.
From Paris, Yannick is a qualified designer and took her first steps into a career in design by starting out in the field of French fashion. She gained a very thorough knowledge of the domain by working in a number of different roles for various international brands : Director of Design, Collections and Purchasing Director and so on.
Meeting her husband Philippe, an architect of note, led her onto a new professional path; that of interior design.
At this point in time, Yannick started her own business, Nolita, along with her husband. Nolita is a true reflection of French decoration taking its influences from the Parisian Left Bank design scene.
Philippe manages interior planning and technical design while Yannick creates ergonomic and functional interior layouts, chooses the right materials, fabric, colour palettes and special decorative pieces. The complementary nature of the couple’s partnership allows them to work with a demanding Parisian clientele which has remained loyal and has afforded Yannick and Philippe repeat business over the last 20 years. Their clientele spans across France and abroad.
Given his expertise in both project management and real estate, Philippe can propose a professionally managed project of the highest standards which is delivered within a realistic budget and on time. His approach is to always ensure his clients benefit from a rigorous management of the financial aspects of the project. Yannick perfectly complements Philippe’s skills by ensuring the interior design is a talented reflection of her knowledge of the design scene and is executed with perfection.
Between 2017 and 2018, an interior decoration project brought the couple to Cape Town which they decide to make their home for 2 years. Design Capital in 2017, the city was a true source of inspiration. Yannick and Philippe met new designers, local craftsmen and tapped into new savoir-faire. Ideally situtated to travel east or west, Yannick and Philippe’s travels took them to Namibia, Singapore, Australia and the US (Palm Springs and San Francisco) allowing them to explore their passion for design even further and add to their know how in this field.
